With the unusually warm and dry weather we experienced this year for New Year's we decided to go to Antelope Island and take a little hike. We had a wonderful time - it was actually pretty warm when we started the hike and we saw a huge herd of buffalo, some mule deer, antelope, and a coyote. There weren't any bugs because of the time of year so that was definitely a plus. When the hike ended as the sun was going down it did get pretty cold but both MaKayla and Cru were troopers and did really well on this fun hike.

| Here is cute Cru in his froggy hat - he had a hard time keeping his mittens on so his hands ended up getting cold. But you can see that he was still pretty happy as we started our trek. |

| Look at our cute Kayla - she dressed warm and did great. We need to remind these men with the long legs that these little ones are going to walk a little slower and will have a hard time keeping up. Besides you should take your time and enjoy the scenery. |
